One of my hometown Seattle heroes, Cake Spy has made some amaaaaaazing rainbow ice cream pops! What unicorn wouldn't love wearing one of these babies as a horn?

Though I'd prefer a truly frosty treat right about now, I bet these are delicious refrigerated!

I remember dusky calico fabric ice creams like this from my childhood oh so very many moons ago. I always thought they were ugly but if you've got the right fabric, they're adorable!

I know we've all see cakes similar to this before. I like how simple this one is. No spangles, no sprinkles, no decoration, just a good ol' cake with super cute frosting ice creams. Love!
