Snow White and the Huntsman is mostly a fine fairy tale movie with some good ideas and fun special effects. Unfortunately, it gets bogged down by some really boring expository scenes that last way too long. The most frustrating thing is the movie tells us way too much about the characters and their motivations in dialog without ever showing us.
