Once upon a time, sugar came in cubes or not cubes, brown or white. Now there are wondrous selections of accoutrements for your tea or coffee. Enough to suit any sweet tooth! It really is a wonderful world.

Panna cotta is like super rich, fancy grown up pudding and it is ridiculously delicious and versatile. I could eat panna cotta with every meal and not complain. Though with that much cream I would no doubt come to regret it. And oh the rainbow of possibility!

I like a motif that combines snow with the color pink. It reminds me of a sunset on a snowy day when the vibrant sky reflects off the perfect whiteness. Throwing a couple penguins in there just ups the awesome factor.

Amezaiku is the Japanese art of shaping sugar into edible works of art reminiscent of blown glass. Incredible! I think I have a new obsession!
