What an awesome timeline of romance! The birdies meet in the Fall at the bottom there, fall in love during the Winter months, and have a sweet little family by Spring! Huzzah for life and love and sugar!
Spring is coming! At least that's what the frozen crocuses in my flowerbed are telling me. They look cold though. These baby birdies have warm coconut nests to keep them toasty while they yell for mama. I think they'll be okay.
Some birds just won't settle for sticks and hair and dirt to make a nest. They need shredded coconut, lovingly hand-dyed and placed on a cookie. Of course these most special of all birds only lay candy eggs, my favorite!
