It may seem a little cruel to shut this poor little guy's tail in a book, but he doesn't mind. It's what he's there for.
Though I feel thrifty and utilitarian using a bank statement or gum wrapper as a bookmark, sometimes I just wish I had something cute in there like a little fox with hearts for eyebrows.
I doubt I've ever had the urge to eat a book. Let's face it, they usually smell like ink or must or glue. But man, a cookie scented bookmark just made reading a whole lot more delicious.

When I was a kid we used to press flowers and leaves in books. Every once in a while I still find a fern or a daisy in an old book. You can get the same feeling without the mildew!
