This is my great-grandparents' wedding photo. They were married in December of 1903.
Leislmoon says: "This is a picture of my Great grandmother on her wedding day. She is still alive, and even though her husband is now dead, she still feels a great fondness for him, and looks back upon this picture as the best day of her life."
Dad was a Lieutenant Colonel in the Army Corps of Engineers. Mom & Dad got married at Ft. Lewis Washington after the war, and his men decorated this earth mover as their "carriage" from the chapel to the reception. This is a colorized black and white, and I especially like how they drew in a rainbow in the background.
