Peter Jackson took to Facebook today to tell the world, The Hobbit Pt. 3 has a new title. Feeling that "There and Back Again" just wouldn't work, because hey, Bilbo's already there, Jackson Has decided to rename the picture The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies. The battle, involving Men, Dwarves, Elves, Goblins, and Eagles will more than likely be Helm's Deep part two and last the majority of the film.
Do you think the new title is better?
"In a hole in the ground, there lived a hobbit." On September 21, 1937, J.R.R. Tolkien published The Hobbit. 75 years later, we're still reading about that hobbit who left that hole in the ground to follow a band of dwarves and a wizard on a great adventure. The children's novel has been translated into more than 40 languages, sold tens of millions of copies, and has been made into an upcoming movie trilogy. It even had a series of sequels you may have heard of.
Thanks for years of adventure, Bilbo Baggins. Happy 75th Birthday!
