We've got a sort of fake Spring going on here in Seattle. But it's really still winter and really still cold and there really still aren't any strawberries to be had. Come on berry season!
Ooh just think about how extra sweet and juicy the berries get when they warm up a little bit in the fryer! I'm not usually a huge proponent of frying everything I can get my hands on, but a tart, crisp berry in a crispy light layer of fried batter is irresistible!
I'm not the girliest girl who ever girled but I love having girly get togethers with my other ladies where we drink champagne and dish about boys and watch movies and eat ridiculous girly snacks like pink dipped strawberries. I think it's high time for another girl day!
