Is it colored cakes? Perfect frosting? It's too amazing, I can't even wrap my brains around it.
I'd like to see a crew of fashion designers work with a bunch of pastry chefs to design amazing desserts. We could mash up Project Runway and one of those Top Chef whatevers and make a kajillion dollars! I could see this as Betsy Johnson's entry for a super simple petit fours.
I need to sit down. I need to breathe calmly into this bag to keep from fainting because this is possibly the most perfect cake I have ever seen and I've been looking at cakes for a long while, my friends. I marvel at the gradient pinks, the delicate layers, the thin filling that doesn't interrupt the gorgeous color. And the little paper banner on top! Perfection! I can die happy now, thanks!
Finger jello is super fun even when it's only one color and just hanging out by itself. Taking the extra time to layer a whole bunch of colors in there takes it to a whole new level of snack innovation. I wonder how it tastes with all those flavors in one mouthful? Like a rainbow of fruit?
When I was a kid, the closest I ever got to decorating my own cake was a cookie and a little tube of gel icing. I had plenty of fun with just that. Imagine how awesome it would have been if we had edible paper back then? I can't say I'm not a little jealous of kids these days.
