I feel like I could will this little hunk of plastic into being delicious if I could just get my hands on it!

By appearance alone I'm assuming this ice cream is toasted marshmallow flavored. And then there's the chocolate, and the cone, these are s'mores! I like the thought of eating a cold version of a warm food on a hot day. Maybe if you confuse your brain enough you'll forget that you're dying of heat stroke.

One of my hometown Seattle heroes, Cake Spy has made some amaaaaaazing rainbow ice cream pops! What unicorn wouldn't love wearing one of these babies as a horn?

I was always that jerk kid who dug out the whole strawberry stripe of the Neapolitan ice cream in the leaky cardboard box. I kind of miss those crappy boxes that were impossible to open without ripping the lid and you could never get them closed again and would inevitably end up with a puddle of freezer-burned nasty ice cream. Those were the days. Kids these days have it so easy.

There has been some pretty severe snowy weather all over the country lately, let's take advantage of it! Have you ever made your own ice cream out of the snow in your own yard? I haven't, but I'm hoping we get another dumping of powder at some point so I can try my hand at this nearly instant, customizable snack. Talk about being seasonal, this is one of the most ecological dishes I've ever seen!

What flavors is this guy, do you think? Pistachio and mocha? Mint and chocolate? Green tea and cinnamon?
