I wonder what's inside this mysterious package? NOM NOM NOM it's SUGAR! What a delightful surprise!
I'm not sure if it's on purpose but the number 80 on this cake looks like it's made out of some magical fried potato concoction and it's singing to me! It must be my slow carb diet brain talking but somebody pass me the numbers and leave me be!
Who doesn't love a surprise in their treats? Of course, when that surprise is a happy treat itself, not, like, a worm or something. Finding a heart in your cupcake is like finding a love note. It makes you feel special to know that someone cares enough to make a gesture.
It's nice to see cupcakes without any frosting on them. The surface of the cake is perfect for the crumbly soil effect around the sprouts. Dare I say it, they almost look healthy with just a little fondant sprout and lack of buttercream.
Eli Squarepants! Okay so I'm not really a Spongebob fan, I'm a little old for that one, but I do think the show is cute and my nieces and nephews love it. This cake is a masterpiece topped off with those little jellyfish, I'm smitten. It makes me want to watch the show just because someone was so masterful with fondant. Hey baker, are you being payed by Nickelodeon?
