Fluttershy looks downright sleepy nestled in a ring of cherries and pretty pinkness. Lulled to sleep by the sugary sweetness and overwhelming excitement of a birthday party. I understand, pony. I've been there.

I'll admit it, I'm a grown woman with a not entirely ironic fondness for Twilight. I'm not a mom, I'm not living vicariously through my teenage daughters (because, ick). I'm just a person who sometimes loves reading really schlocky, badly-written novels with quickly moving plot lines. I wouldn't be ashamed of this cake showing up on my birthday, except that Edward looks a little sickly gray and moldy. Not a good look for a sparkly vampire.

This cake looks like it belongs in a baby's pack n play with the simple shapes and primary colors. This would make a nice first birthday cake. Can't you see a sweet tot smashing fistfuls of this beauty into his face? Awwww.

As with any rainstorm, a rainbow follows. The inside of this cake has a sweet subtle rainbow going on!

Next time I move homes I want a cake in the shape of my new house. There must be something symbolic about eating a replica of your home. What could it mean?
