How many tiny chocolate fudge cakes with peppermint icing do you think you could eat in one sitting? Two, three, even FOUR? I think I'd have a hard time with even one considering how adorable they are. I'm a sucker for the chocolate peppermint combo, but I think these little cakes could conquer me.

I know these are simple cookies with peppermint Hershey's Kisses on them but I just couldn't resist posting them, they're so cute! I'm getting into some serious holiday spirit already, a record early cheer from me. I certainly wouldn't turn down a box of these babies!
