The detail on those rose petals are incredible. I would love it if they were minty to match the chocolate mint flavor of the cupcakes.

The real genius of these little cuties is that there are wee marzipan potatoes studding the chocolate cake soil! The baker made these for her father who is a potato farmer! I might die of preciousness!

Though I'd prefer a truly frosty treat right about now, I bet these are delicious refrigerated!
