Poor birdie, doesn't he realize that the flower has a button in the middle and isn't a real flower at all? Poor blogger, doesn't she realize that the whole thing is made of sugar and the birdie isn't even real? I get lost sometimes guys, for real.

These cookies look incredibly delicious yet at the same time, more than I want to eat them I want to use them as tiles for a kitchen backsplash. If only I could do both!
This would go so well at a tea party with mismatched antique teacups and saucers. Matching sets are nice and all but there's something so charming about a cobbled together collection. Plus, one pattern just gets boring, right?
Did you ever make sunprints as a kid with that crazy probably super toxic blue paper? You lay something on top of it that you want a silhouette of and just leave it in the sun and you get something that looks almost exactly like this cake! This was done with food coloring in an airbrush gun and flowers as a stencil. Incredible effect, and you can eat it!
I'd like to think that this cake really does have lots and lots of separate little layers, each one wrapped in its own pretty tissue paper just a little different than the one below it.
Man, if I've got a bowl of noodles, you could plunk me on a cloud surrounded by stars with faces and even balance a little yellow baby thing on my head and I probably wouldn't notice. I love noodles that much. Just as long as you keep them coming.
I love laying on the grass on a summery day and watching the clouds. If I had one of these lovely sky-inspired desserts in my hand I'd have a hard time deciding which I want to look at more. So lovely!
