Producer Rick McCallum talks about the challenges involved in making a "Star Wars" live action TV show. There's some good details revealed here. They have over 50 scripts completed, each an hour long. The show will take place between episodes three and four. The working title they have right now is "Star Wars: Underworld." Hopefully by the time they're able to actually produce the show, they'll have come up with something less generic.
Are you looking forward to this being on television in the next couple years? Or do you think this will turn out like the prequels?
See how Master Chief began in a David Fincher-produced Halo 4 trailer. Fincher initially teamed up with CG studio Blur for The Goon and The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo's excellent opening, and animation is a better place for having him. Case in point.
