South Korean opposition leader Kim Seon-dong set off a canister of tear gas in the middle of parliament yesterday to protest thre overwhelming ratification of a controversial trade agreement with the United States.. The pact with South Korea will be the largest free-trade agreement for the United States since the North American Free Trade Agreement in 1994.
