Tom Privitere, Brian Edwards and photographer Kristina Hill are suing Public Advocate of the United States, a group opposing gay marriage, for copyright infringement. The lawsuit claims the group used the couple's engagement photo without their permission on an anti-gay mailer.

RNC Chairman Reince Priebus opened the Convention today before calling a recess until tomorrow. One photo of the event had a rather unfortunate crop.
