YouTuber fatos21 brings us this FAIL compilation illustrating how dangerous being a television news reporter can be.

The station claims a reporter was trying to get an image of the real book from the internet, and didn't notice the image was Photoshopped until the story aired.

During their tribute to veterans at the Democratic National Convention last week, they accidentally included an image of Soviet-era Russian warships.

"Due to vendor error, incorrect images appeared briefly on screen behind fifty-one veterans during the convention and the DNCC apologizes for this mistake," one DNC spokeswoman said.

You... you know you guys are f**king stupid, right?

While most news networks broadcasted the moment of silence for the victims of the September 11 terrorist attacks, NBC thought a more fitting tribute would be to have Kris Jenner talk about breast implants. Yes, that really actually happened. How does anybody at NBC still have a job?
